Is there is a Global currency can replace the US dollar?

2 years ago , China proposed with an offer to the IMF develop to discuss if there is a global currency can replace USD as a reserve currency in the world. the value of their investment dollar will go down because of deficit spending in the United States. However, if they try to replace the dollar it will be a huge complicated Mission . USD is used in  almost 50 % of all transactions that take place across the world, and the rest from the world's central bank reserves of foreign currency to the dollar.

as do a lot of transactions is in USD, the concern from the transition to a global currency and one doesn't have an immediate and substantial impact on the citizens of the US. Are the economies of other countries will  be affected by that ?, as they try to put economic policy to compete  the policy of the US. quick exchange rates between countries with different levels , reduces the  risk, because the countries had developed a policy to serve their own benefits . Is the elimination of quick exchange levels provide more risks to the world's financial system.

The most direct move must be on the Elimination of Forex International system. there was more than three trellion USD per day  in June 2007, and the latest estimate. This would affect all companies that use this market to cover the FX risks . It would also affect speculators and others  who have converted to foreign exchange.
