What is Forex system marginal ?

to be able to understand the mechanism of the introduction of margin. We will use a significant example of our daily lives.

lets assume you want trade cars . by buying a car and then sell it to another person with a higher price. how would you do that ?!

you will go to a big agencies and picking the most demanded car at the market and lets assume that the car price is 10000 USD. all you have to do is saving some money until you have 10000 USD and buying the car . and since the purpose of the purchase is a trading . so, you will go to the market and hoping to find a buyer for your car with higher price than you bought it . lets assume that you went to the market and found a buyer  to your car with 12000 USD . and sold it . so your net profit is 2000 Usd. what if the car you have . no one want to buy it . and some one offers you 8000 Usd. and you have to buy it . so your net lose is 2000 usd .

its a known operation . lots of people do it daily and you can too .. BUT.... to do this . you must have 10000 Usd . Right ?  .. What if you don't have the 10000 Usd and still want to do this operation at the market ??!!

here we go .. that's what is called system marginal .. that's what's Forex is about 

is there is a way that you can do this with out having 10000 USD ?  Yes there is a way ..

 trading in margin basis .. what if the agency owner told you .. if you want to buy a car to trade with . there is no need for you to pay the full price of the car witch it is 10000 Usd.  . all you have to pay is 1/10 from it cost  (1000 Usd )  and i will reserve the car  under your name . until you have a chance to sell it at the market with a higher price. and then give me the rest of the cash (9000 Usd ) .. so the net profit for you is 2000 USD + the 1000 Usd that you paid as earnest. it is undoubtedly a fantastic opportunity . Ofcourse . that's what is forex about . but instead of the car with 10000 Usd . it will be the  foreign currencies ..

Note:

i said the agency will reserve the car for ya . i never said it will  give you the car in your hand so you can run with it .. when you find a buyer . you will send him to the agency . and the agency will sell the car with your price that you and the buyer agreed for . and give you the profit and the earnest .. the features is you  can sell the car with your price like you  actually owns it . Got it !!
